Dr. Purnima has made 4 times World record by giving a baby to impossible women, 2 women Swayer’s syndrome (46 XY) & Testicular feminization making name in media. Also in Jan 2010, a married girl without uterus Meyer Rockitanski Kuster hauser Syndrome-her 3 embryos were prepared & implanted in her mother who conceived with triplets making world record. A mother became surrogate to her daughter & delivered full term twin Boys for her daughter.
Also on 11-11-11, she delivered 11 mothers who conceived with IVF treatment giving 13 babies creating world record.
Also on 12-12-12, she delivered 12 IVF babies from 9 mothers who conceived with IVF treatment creating a world record.
Founder President of Vapi Obstetric & Gynec Society which has more than 60 members doing continuous medical education, seminars, and live workshops to keep local doctors well informed.
Lion in Lions Club of Valsad-Tithal Road since last 13 years, done a lot of Lionistic activities in rural set up including lectures on Drug Awareness, Adolescent Gynecology, HIV & AIDs, Cancer Awareness, Go Green, Environmental Conservation, Sex Education etc.cord.
Trained more than 500 gynecologists from India & abroad in her field of Infertility since last 10 years.
In May 2012, Dr. Kishore & Dr. Purnima trained 45 Gynecologists from Iraq, in Cyprus on the subject of ART (Assisted Reproductive Technology) as A Brand Ambassador of India for L.G. Life Science Company’s Middle East Division.
Gave corporate training to all high order managers in J. & J Company & Alkem Company recently making a name in the corporate world.

As a West representative of FOGSI (Federation of Gynecologists & Obstetricians of India) conducted more than 25 live workshops last year in Surat, Bharuch, Baroda, Mehsana, Palanpur, Ahmedabad, Indore, Jaipur, Nasik, Kolhapur, Goa, Hubli, Bangalore, Kochi, Chennai etc.

Conducted “Miracle Babies Meet in 2010” which was attended by 300 IVF babies in Surat.
Started a Menopause Club for women of Vapi in 2005 for preventive health of old age women.
